This workshop explores who we are and how we show up to the world. Every participant makes a small beaded bracelet as a keepsake and reminder of their experience.

Managing Meltdowns

Jessie walks participants through identifying and mitigating triggers to meltdowns, how to deal with them in the moment, and recovery processes so those meltdowns don't continue to plague us. The accompanying workbook becomes a guide and manual personalized to and by each participant. An accompanying session for parents, guardians, and caregivers is available.

Religious Exploration Consultation
After a free consultation session, Jessie will develop a program for your specific group - church, school, etc. - and walk you through administration. They will remain in contact with you until the program ends, answering questions, modifying offerings, and helping you take off and fly!

In-person or virtual, ground based initiatives and cooperative games are paired with open debriefing conversation to get a feel for the way the group interacts. Learn your group's dynamic and develop a stronger sense of community and collaboration!
